“The new % store on Hudayriyat Island is located within an emerging mixed-use destination in Abu Dhabi. It is easily accessible via the Hudayriyat Bridge, which connects the island to the city.
This store features the iconic % Arabica x Studio Precht kiosk, a combination of wooden structures and a white translucent shell that creates a minimalist yet warm atmosphere. The signature circular window design further reinforces the brand’s visual identity.
For the first time, we introduced the modular triangular seating for % Arabica. Adaptable and flexible, the seating reflects the kiosk’s spirit of practicality and playfulness. Strategically placed greenery provides a cool respite from the coastal heat, while the outdoor area offers a relaxed and comfortable setting. Visitors are invited to enjoy a flavorful cup of % coffee while engaging in sports activities or after a leisurely walk along the beach.”
